I attempted to renew my Breakdown Policy on-line, which according to your policy is quote"quick and easy anytime of day"
well in fact it was'nt.
I did not want to pay for a phone call to renew, and as I have a computer (and per your instructions) I assumed this would be easy and take no time at all.
However, your website failed when trying to do this, and I ended up having to phone you to renew.
Not best pleased to say the least.
