It didn't. I tried several times to renew online as I have in the past but after entering my policy number and postcode both which of which were definitely correct, the system failed to take me to the next screen. As I was forced to contact you by telephone I made the decision to downgrade my cover to the next level down. The lady who took my call, Kavelle was polite and efficient and my gripe bares no reflection on her at all.
