Polite phone advisor, although unable to address my problem about not being able to renew online. Online Document number field is pre-populated with "AUT" and cannot be changed. Since last year my document number does not start with "AUT", so your online renewal does not work for me. Operator told me I would, "have to ask somebody else that question" when I asked him to feed my observation back to someone who might be able to correct the website problem!
