Our multiple car policy is useful, but the documents aren't helpful- there is no reassurance that the cars needn't all be driven by the policyholder, nor that the mobile number for contact may be changed when a brakdown call is made, according to who is driving, plus there was no reminder on renewal, of the level of cover being renewed, preferably as bullet points rather than a dense policy document- this could usefullly be overhauled with the customer's needs in mind.
