Just spoke to Jordan, who was polite and efficient as he renewed my policy (on the phone).
But, had previously tried to renew online and could not... web page asking for 7 digit document number, mine is 10 digits. (Would not let me continue).
As for your main service, my car has not broken down so cannot comment.
