I was rather upset, no annoyed, that I could not add another car to a policy which in turn led me to pay an extra £45.00, to take out a another policy.
I have been a member for a very long time and this made me consider going to another company, but i have stayed with you.
I think it is not only myself that this problem has happened, so I think you should address this problem or you may loose members.
