I have been very satisfied with the service from Autonational Rescue which I have been a member of for over 10 years. However I was MOST ANNOYED AND UPSET when I was told by your operative on the phone that you are no longer doing postal renewals and I could only receive your communications by email. THIS I FIND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and although I did renew this year as there was little time before my cover expired, I must warn you that I will be unlikely to renew again next year if you persist with inconsiderate and inflexible policy. I very much regret having to write in this way.
