Autonational checked all details and offered more products. We were also advised that a substantial amount is charged to receive documents by post.
However, as mentioned to the operative during the telephone conversation, we have been customers of Autonational for many years, and today I felt I was being a nuisance by the operative's tone. It's all very well being efficient but it wouldn't hurt to be more friendly.
