In fact not happy , I have received email to renew my policy but there are no mention about my car . Just the amount, it would be better to have the car reg mentioned in the email so there is a connection .
Also there is no mention that on the renewal day ,it will take 24 hours for the new policy to stat, meaning that there is a day with no cover , it would be good to have this mentioned in the email as well.
