I tried to renew my policy online but it kept not recognising my policy number so I rang up, spoke with Jordan who found the problem to be for some bizarre reason my car was down twice on the same policy. Consequently he had to raise a new policy, the whole matter was dealt with very professionally and proficiently by Jordan.
