we havent had to call them out yet so cant comment on service! However, I went to renew online and the price had jumped by £20 approx.,so had to call them and the excuse I got was we are having problems with the website at the moment! Really! Sure your not trying to get more money out of customers! Anyway, got it at the price which I was told it would be on email.
