I’ve not had to make a claim, fortunately, but I’m pleased with Autonational so far and have now renewed for my third year. The renewal doesn’t come out automatically but you get a reminder letter and email. Just watch if you renew online that the price stays the same as quoted. I phoned to renew and the lady I spoke to ( Armani) was friendly and efficient.
