I have in the past found the service excellent, but of late have had to down rate its performance. I had occasion to use the service a few months ago in the summer,and when I called the breakdown service I had to deal with what sounded like a young inexperienced man who would not act upon my instructions. I told him I required recovery as the car radiator was punctured in a collision, and I would not be able to drive the car , due to lack of water. He sent a breakdown repairman, who then had to call the recovery service, causing me unnecessary time delay. After that, all went well.
