Thankyou Nita for your help this morning, however for some reason two documents arrived into my inbox while the third arrived in Junk, have found it now. I feel that too much automation is not always the best, a little more personal touch would have brought up the fact there was no response to earlier emails, they have never arrived, must be floating in the air somewhere. Had you not been so helpful we could well have joined AA or someone else, these days so many companies go out of business with no warning it is easy to assume something like that might have happened.
