I'm very happy to have been offered to keep the same price for a second year. It's a shame I couldn't get this price by renewing online and no-one I emailed could tell me why, but the woman I rang explained immediately and was very efficient. I haven't had to make any call outs, so I can't comment on the rescue service itself.
