Melissa was most helpful when she telephoned me today. I had been expecting an email or letter by post, as I was sure renewal of my roadside rescue policy must be due, but had heard nothing until Melissa's call. I liked her unrushed manner and the fact that she did not attempt any hard sell techniques, which I find a complete turnoff.
