I have been a customer for 25 years plus and had no issues but today when renewing my policy Auto National took my payment out twice from my bank account.
When contacting them they informed me that this wasn’t the case and requested a copy of my bank statement.
The over payment was returned but they didn’t have the decency to inform me.
Not impressed.
