The score of 4 is because of the help I received from Melissa, which was appreciated. It would otherwise have been lower. I reckon I have been a continued customer of Auto National Rescue for nearly 30 years. Yet, because I was late renewing by a day (over a weekend period) I have been forced to have a new policy at over £6.00 more, for exactly the same cover! I,m not impressed by this, I'm afraid.
