New front screen fitted OK ...apart from damage to scuttle panel and unknown to me a new (not as good as OEM) rear view mirror was also fitted.
Both of these issues unfortunately were not noticed until after the fitter had departed (my fault!).
I was expecting a bill of £60 excess + VAT (total £72) to be paid - this turned into a £100 payment that included £40 VAT that had to be added for the whole job apparently?
Sadly this lack of customer information and service seems to be the 'norm' these days!
