Very prompt! My front passenger window was replaced within 48 hours!
I'm disappointed that it was not replaced with genuine Nissan glass even though I was told that this would be the case on the phone.
My window is also noisy and much slower when putting it up and down which is very irritating in a car that is only 6 months old.
But thank you for being so prompt and ensuring that my car was secure.
