Two attempts now to replace rear glass on a Ford Fiesta, first the fitter arrived with a piece of glass with a chrome trim (I clearly told them on the phone it was black when ordering) & them today the fitter arrived with a 1/4 light ????
Ive been told I know have to wait 3 days for the next attempt, so that will be 10 days from my original request.....Total waste of space !!!!
