The fitting service itself was excellent but on ringing up to enquire when the fitter would arrive the response was "any time today up to 5 pm".
I had been given a time of 9 until 1pm and as it turned out the fitter arrived shortly after I rang (at 10.15).
Surely it should be possible to give some idea of roughly when the fitter will arrive. Other service companies seem to manage it.
