I have made a booking few weeks in advance however I have received a call at the day of service delivery saying that they are double booked and they are unable to provide the service. Period. I have not even been offered a solution except another appointment for two weeks later and they did not care at all. I had an MTO few days after and caused absolute inconvenience.
Totally dissatisfied. Stay away, especially from the Cambridge branch..
