The technician who came today, was really helpful, very friendly and did a very professional job. He phoned to advise the time scales for when he would arrive, he arrived when he said he would and he completed the job in the time he advised He's a great ambassador for your company. He made up for the 2 month wait that its taken for my windscreen to be replaced. Lisa G
