Reported problem on internet. Autodials phoned to confirm fault and arrange repair date.
On day before repair there was a text to confirm repair would be before 1pm.
At 11am I was contacted to advise on site repair was due in 20minutes, and he arrived on time.
Polite and efficient, all completed as expediently as possible.
What more could I want or expect.
