As it took nearly 2 days before anyone called me to arrange to fit a new rear window I was not impressed. When they came it wasn't the right one so a temporary one was stuck on. When the next fitter arrived over a week later he had been given a windscreen to fit!
He was very helpful and offered to try to get a correct window and returned later that day to fit it, all in the pouring rain. He saved the day
