The initial job was going to take 3 weeks to replace our windscreen, however due to an administrative error the wrong windscreen was ordered!!
We had to wait another 3 weeks for the job to be completed.
The fitters who came out to fit the windscreen on both occasions were first rate, but it would seem that they and us were let down by the inefficiencies of your systems!!!!
