They will give you a 2 hour time slot the day prior then if you ring and ask a time they’ll give you an exact time they’ll be there and still turn up late, passed both the exact time slot and the 2 hour time slot. You can then file a complaint which all they do is ring you 4 days later and apologise. I lost out on £60 due to them failing to turn up when specified due to my child missing nursery.
