Windscreen replaced two days ago at the Oxford Auto Winscreens depot. I arrived 15 minutes early and the very polite staff were ready. They showed me the waiting room,loo etc and offered the television while I waited.I was able to keep an eye on the whole process through the windows into the workshop.Everything looked very professional.
45minutes later,the windscreen on my Qashkai had been replaced and the sensors recalibrated.
For this transaction,service could not have been better.
