I was initially meant to have my windscreen replaced on 11th September between 13.00-17.00. I received a call at 5pm advising they could not make it as they were too busy. I was then told that the next appointment would not be until 26th September. My MOT is due on 22nd September so I had to ask them to attend and replace the windscreen at work instead as they had an appointment for the 21st September in my work area.
I was given the time of between 13.00-17.00 again and their engineer, Simon, called at 14.00 to advise that he would be with me in 45 minutes. As advised, Simon turned up at 14.45 in a very polite, courteous and friendly manner. He replaced the windscreen in 30 minutes verily tidily.
I would have rated Auto Windscreens 'very good' but due to the issue with my first booking I feel a 'good' rating is fair and justified.
A huge thank you to Simon for being so polite and courteous considering the poor weather!
