Auto windscreens cancelled my appointment as "they could not contact me" despite sending 2 emails.
I have spent at least 1 hour on the phone. There we no one to take responsibility, no supervisor or manager willing to speak to me I was just told we will have to re book the appointment. Not the first time this has happened.
