Mark the technician arrived bang on time (he had telephoned me half an hour before arriving, giving me plenty of time to return home from a shopping trip).
The cracked/chipped wind-screen repair was completed quickly and with minimum of fuss !
Mark was polite and courteous and I can heartily recommend his work to anyone with same problem.
