Pain free booking experience. The chap who effected the work telephoned to let us know when to expect him. He later gave us an update for his arrival time. Most refreshing not having to hang about waiting.
The work was attended to promptly and the windscreen looks as good as new.
Hope we won't need to call again but now know where to call if we have a similar problem in the future.
