I had my back window smashed last Sunday, I was told it would be 10 days for a rear windscreen. Then the operator cancelled my order, it's now 7 days in and I can't rebook, they don't return a call & I've no idea when I'm getting a new windscreen.
Police offered me "victim support therapy" I was fine, now I feel I need the therapy after dealing with this company. Incredably stressful and avoid if possible.
