I was very disappointed with the administration as it took numerous phone calls before they sorted out what rear screen was needed and twelve days before it was booked in to be replaced. I received a text from Auto Windscreens to give me the day and time etc and nobody turned up on calling them I was told the text was a mistake and that the fitting was booked for the following day. This was carried out on time by a very good professional
courteous fitter who did an excellent job.
