Booked a windscreen replacement, was told it would be in 8 days time, I would lose my place if they did a search for an earlier date. Went back to Insurance company gave another screen company got it done next day....brilliant. Made a call to Auto Windscreens to cancel the booking, kept me on hold for 12.5 minutes...gave up, tried again 10 minutes later....5 minutes wait so gave up....if you read these REF was 8637785.
