What a shambolic company!
Booked to have my windscreen replaced on the 19th of December. The first possible appointment was on the 31st December which I accepted. On that morning I was told that their technician had phoned in sick. I was given a second appointment of 11th of January & on that morning I was texted to phone their head office, they told me that their technician had again phoned in sick . They would contact their local office to let me know of their intentions, which they failed to do. I cancelled the work & arranged with another national company to replace the windscreen the next day at a local depot.
Do Not Use Auto Windscreens if you want satisfaction.
