I have been waiting over five weeks so far to get my windscreen replaced. I am expecting to wait even longer.
The communication has been poor.
They said the glass would take two weeks to come in. I waited. They then said my appointment would be in three weeks. I waited. They cancelled my appointment the day before because somehow, the glass wasn't in stock. I then waited to hear when the glass would be in. Nothing happened.
I have just had a webchat which the person ended rudely. They still don't know when the glass will be in. Poor, poor service...
