Don't touch them with a barge pole!
My rear windscreen was completely shattered. I called Auto Windscreens (via my insurer) at 8.50am 4th February and today 8th February, even though my case has apparently been prioritised, I haven't received a call back. As my car was open to the aftermath of storm Henry and the pending storm Imogen I had no alternative other than to employ a local repairer (who did the job within 4 hours of my call) and take the financial hit. AVOID
