If there was a zero rating option I would be selecting that. Having called to report a cracked windscreen in December 2015, I have twice been let down by this company. The 1st appointment was booked for January. No-one turned up and when I called was told that no technician had been booked. Appointment re-booked for today (20th Feb so some 3 weeks later) and again I am told that no technician has been booked again!! I have now booked for a 3rd time for next Saturday but have been told that they cant tell me whether it will be a morning or afternoon appointment so I feel another wasted day approaching. Feedback will also be given to M&S who are my insurers as they insist on using this company. "Total Customer Satisfaction" - I dont think so!
