Totally disappointed with the service I have received! Last year my window screen was replaced by yourselves and it's getting frost on the inside steaming up on the inside and the chassis number is sitting offline from where it should be. I phone your customer service team up and they said they have no idea when I would get a phone call she said it could be a week or a month if this is the case I will be going to trading standards, as this is not acceptable. Should have gone to autoglass.
