Hi, Having paid on the 6 June and waited for 25 days on the 31st you were a no show. Phoning up and waiting 47 minutes to find out why, I was told it was due to sickness. Thanks for letting me know. Rebooked for 21 August, nearly 2 months waiting, I made a further complaint. Miraculously an appointment was found for today 3rd August. Taking a second day off, at a cost of 2 days @ £200 each. It has cost me £400 plus the £70 excess. It’s now 1600hrs and again a no show. No communication at all. Appalling service. I am referring this back to my insurers for a refund of the excess and the additional cost in the policy.
