Dear Sir/madem , I feel really disappointed with the service I received, explained below.
-Reported for repair on Sunday for broken passengers side window
-Appointment confirmed on Monday evening by text for Tuesday 11:00 and
-No update from Technician or Customer services until 13:30
- Technician arriving 14:30 hopefully
- as Driving Instructor I lost 3hr of lesson worth £120.00
- At least they have let me know that Technician gonna be late in the morning so that I don't need to wait for 3and half hr, also I would have give lesson in the morning
- No care or value for customers
- I wouldn't recommend this Services to anyone who has value of their time it's really frustrating
