Been waiting 10 days to book a fitting, Chat facility slow and could not provide an update, Hub did not work, just reported an error. Tried ringing - waited 18 min to talk to operator. Operator informed me that if I had accepted a after-market replacement windscreen they could give me a fitting date. As I requested an original part they had no indication of time on how long I would need to wait or even if my insurance would cover the cost. ref 12547979
