Paid Excess, £75, as Lloyds Car Insurance auto forwards calls to them, but you DO NOT have to use them. They said someone would call me to make an appointment. 5 days went past before they bothered to call, too late, already got Lloyds to instruct Auto Glass to do the job, had to pay £75 excess to Auto Glass and can not get Auto Windscreen to refund. You do nothing but HOLD HOLD HOLD HOLD for their phones. Looks like they cannot cope, so don't use, ask your insurance company if you can go elsewhere. Checkout Auto Windscreen facebook feedback, full of complaints!!!
