If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hastings direct referred me to this company as my rear windscreen was smashed. I made the claim at 8:30pm and was told I would receive a call at 9am following day to book an appointment. Nobody called me. At 1pm I called and after being on hold for 30mins I was told they can't book me in for at least 4 days!
I requested a refund immediately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
