Rear window of my son's van was smashed on a Wednesday. This is the company our insurers use so we had no choice in the matter. The van is used for work and it could not be used with a broken window as tools need to be carried. I spent nearly 3 days with a phone attached to my head trying to get a repair arranged. Finally got an appointment arranged on the Saturday for the following Tuesday. A total of 6 working days lost. A complaint was raised and the magnificent sum of £20 was offered in compensation.
