Appalling customer service.
First appointment was made, confirmed and reconfirmed by text. No-show on the appointed day. I had to ring and inquire what was happening, answer-"the fitter is on leave".
I said I wished to complain, apparently "no complaints department". new appt made - fitter brought wrong windscreen.
Screen finally replaced at third attempt.
I will be complaining to AA Insurance, who insist that this is the preferred company
