Reported on 21st August 2016 cracked screen had to pay excess that day, said they couldn't repair until September 7th ,I said not good enough as dangerous driving my car.
They said would escalate job I rang every other day, nothing done .
Went back to my insurance company to ask to use another company,
I had repair the same day, by a wonderful company.
waiting refund and response to my complaint from auto windscreens.
Don't use them ????????????????
