I recently had my windscreen replaced through an insurance claim. Although my insurance company approved a genuine Discovery Sport windscreen, they installed a low-quality aftermarket version instead. The defect in the windscreen was immediately apparent. Rebooking an appointment to fix it was a nightmare, as no one seemed to know what they were doing. When I requested the genuine part for the reinstallation, they demanded an extra £150 on top of what I had already paid. It's clear they prioritize using the cheapest option available. I can't recommend their service. They wasted my time.
